What You Will Need: For Mod+ or High Profile Sizers

*Liquid Starch, laundry aisle at Wal-Mart under $3.
*Glue, I used Elmer's school glue, you will need at least 2 cups or more, depending on the cc's of sizer you wish to make.
*Whichever surgical bra or sports bra you will use post surgery. I am using Fruit of the Loom front clasping from Wal-Mart.
*Pantyhose, not tights.
*Twist tie bags, not ziploc (these bags are thinner and larger).
*Scissors.
*Large bowl.
*1/8 measuring cup.
*1 cup measuring cup.
*DVD or CD (for width reference).

So first off you need to know that I made 500cc and 450cc sizers for myself. I have read that if implanting under the muscle we lose about 50cc so keep that in mind.
30cc equals 1 ounce or 1/8 cup, hence the 1/8 measuring cup for less confusion.
If you wish for 500cc's input into calculator 500 divided by 30 which equals 16.6...so you will use 16.6  of the 1/8 cup "scoops" for each sizer.
450cc's is exactly 15 "scoops" and so on and so forth.
If you need help with this part please just message me.

Now to learn how to make the semi liquid/solid "goo" that I use for my sizers.
I disliked the dry ingredients and wanted something more like the silicone I will have in my implants.
The only potential downside is that some ladies have had them turn out too runny, plan to have extra glue on hand because you can always add more to the starch to make it less runny, and once it starts to turn gooey, just pour off excess starch.

The goo is equal parts glue and liquid starch in a large bowl so I used 2 cups each to equal 4 cups goo or 2 cups goo per sizer.
Let it set for a minute and mix it up well, I actually left mine alone in one of the twist tie bags overnight, but I don't think you have to.
If it's too solid just add water although I never had to but it definitely won't hurt anything.
The goo won't stick to anything but fabric and it is safe to handle although I wouldn't let the kids eat it, I let my kids play with the leftovers, like kid slime from the store.
This part gets messy but basically for however many "scoops" with the 1/8 measuring cup you will stuff the goo into this scoop and put it in a twist tie bag, don't forget to tie off the closed/sealed end of the bag and cut off the excess with scissors, you want round not cone shaped lol.
You may have to tear off pieces of the goo, it is not quite a liquid but not quite a solid.
Exact measurements aren't necessary.

Once you have all the scoops in the bag you will tie off the end, making sure to get excess air bubbles out and trying to maintain roundness.
I put the bag on top of the DVD/CD at this point because a high profile implant is slightly smaller than the DVD diameter as far as I've read. I do believe a mod+ profile is slightly larger than the DVD.
I try to keep it round and just a tad smaller than the DVD while tying it off.
Cut off excess bag and take the pantyhose and cut off the toe and tie off the end.
Place the bag of goo into the pantyhose and do the same over the DVD/CD, making sure to maintain as much roundness as possible.
Watch the width and diameter.

The sizers sitting on top of a DVD for diameter and width comparison.

They don't turn out perfect but once the bra goes on you can shift them into place and work it all out.
The tied off ends look like nipples when under the bra, so I struggled a little to place them in the perfect spot but once they are in place these sizers are awesome!
They jiggle and have a nice accurate weight and really give an idea for how the new boobies are going to appear and feel.
Here's a bunch of photos before and after the sizers. Im so glad I came up with these and it definitley gives me a much better idea of what size I am going for!
Before sizers with my post surgery bra.
After sizers, still need some placement adjustment, but see the "nipples".
After sizers side view.
After sizers bottom view. I actually wear these around town to adjust to the idea and feel of myself with large breasts, I also have to have my surgery after I start school in the fall and will have to stuff my bra first, so I better get used to it now.
After sizers, shirt on.
After sizers, shirt on, side view.
After sizers, shirt on, bottom view. "Nipples are a little off, but I personally will wear a crew neck or scoop neck tee before I leave the house lol.
After sizers, just about right.

Well that's it ladies...I hope these help you as much as they've helped me and if you have any questions or need advice just leave me a message!
Thanks for looking :)
